What is IBE?

The Integrative Business Experience (IBE) has been one of the most unique and exciting programs I have been apart of here at the University of Central Missouri. There are three main courses in IBE and a practicum in which you form a company. This program was created at Oklahoma University and brought to UCM just a few years ago. It is new, exciting, and very beneficial to the students who take it. The three main courses are Management of Organizations, Management Information Systems, and Marketing Policy. These three courses are designed to teach us and help us get through the learning curve of running our own company.
