The Integrative Business Experience (IBE) is a group of four classes that meet three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The classes included are: Management of Organizations (MGT 3315), Marketing Policy (MKT 3405), Management Information Systems (CIS 3630), and The Integrated Business Experience Practicum (MGT 3385). IBE's main target is to allow college students to have a real life hands on experience working within a company, gaining leadership skills, enhancing communication abilities, and giving time to a charity. In this semester long process, students come up with a product and service project within their designated companies, research possible products, present a loan presentation to get the funding for their product, sell the product, payback the loan, and give the profits to the service project they chose.
