IBE.. Heard of it?

IBE is based on three junior-level core business courses along with a Practicum course. Grades are earned in the three course, however the Practicum grade is strictly based on peer evaluations. Students actually create a company from the ground up and choose a community service project. The students experience real-life hands on experience compared to a regular lecture-based class. And once the loan is granted, it’s up to the students to sell enough of the product to pay off the loan.

Mo Gear’s Mission Statement

As IBE students, we wish to gain respect through demonstrating integrity, professionalism and compassion while working hand-in-hand with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County.  We are excited and proud to introduce and to sell our t-shirts that show our school spirit while continuing to uphold the ethical standards of the University of Central Missouri.  Mo Gear strives to become more involved with the community by building our skills as leaders and educating future generations. We look forward to setting a good example for upcoming IBE students as well as our fellow classmates, teachers, community, and Big Brothers Big Sisters
