Thanks for visiting my site! My name is Katherine Dieckgraefe and I am from St. Louis, MO.  I am a Management major planning on graduating in May 2010 with my Bachelors.  Taking the IBE has prepared me for what I can expect in the real world of business.  This is not just a class where you listen to a lecture and take a few tests to make sure you know what you were taught.  This is real hands-on learning where your success is not measured in test scores.
