The Integrative Business Experience is a 12-hour block of classes that is a part of the Harmon College of Business at the University of Central Missouri.  Three classes are included in the 12 hours and those are: Marketing Policy, Management of Computer Information Systems, and Management of Organizations. The last 3 hours of the block is a practicum. The practicum was divided into three companies that each had 25 students.  Each company selected a product, developed a loan proposal and found a community service organization for donation of profits. IBE allows the students to get hands on experience in the world of business and shows students that some things cannot be taught in the classroom.
