Welcome! This site is designed to explain the Integrative Business Experience in depth, along with my role in FrostPint Glass Company and how it has impacted my life. What is the Integrative Business Experience? The Integrative Business Experience (IBE) is a program designed to integrate team based learning in and out of the classroom. Along with taking a block set of four classes, Marketing, Management, Computer Information Systems, and a Practicum, students are randomly assigned to groups and are required to form a start up company. The company must come up with its own product, and all the profits are donated to a local charity of choice. Along with this, each member is required to devote at least ten hours of community service to their charity, including taking part in a sustainable project.
