 About IBE:

Integrative Business Experience is a innovative approach to business for college students at the University of Central Missouri to give them hand on experience for the future.  IBE is comprised of four classes: Management course, Marketing, Information Systems and an IBE practicum. The three main courses give students knowledge to be applied to the practicum course. Students are split into companies and work together to create a product, market it, and sell the product.

Service of IBE:

The proceeds of the product are given to the charity of the company's choosing. Not only money is given, companies are required to spend a minimum of 100 hours at the service of their choice. Working on projects for charities give students a bigger impact and satisfaction on their community service.
